We partner with dealerships nationwide to offer reliable warranty products their customers trust. Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated Dealer Account Manager to grow and manage dealership relationships in your territory. This role focuses on driving sales, training dealership teams, and promoting NVP’s warranty products. Responsibilities Build and grow a territory sales pipeline Sign new dealership partners and manage existing accounts Present and train dealership teams on warranty products Support dealership needs with help from internal teams Track CRM activity, market trends, and sales performance Identify growth opportunities in your territory Qualifications B2B sales experience; automotive experience preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and goal-driven Bachelor’s degree CRM and Microsoft Office experience Valid driver’s license; regional travel required Compensation & Benefits $36K base + uncapped 10% commission Avg. rep earnings: $85K–$150K Top reps: $200K–$300K+ 401(k) with match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off High-trust, high-reward sales culture with no commission caps #J-18808-Ljbffr
