To succeed in this role, you will:
Elevate engagement and conversion across priority web pages, capabilities materials, and sales assets; ensure storytelling supports pipeline influence and revenue growth.
Help maintain a unified brand voice across all communications, reducing fragmentation and improving how we show up as a brand.
Create effective, easy‑to‑use sales materials that support stronger conversations, improved utilization, and better outcomes.
Support clear communications that help teams stay informed, aligned, and connected to business priorities.
Consistently produce high‑quality content on schedule while proactively identifying opportunities to improve positioning, messaging frameworks, and storytelling effectiveness.

What You’ll Do
Establish a consistent and compelling brand voice across marketing materials
Deliver high‑quality copy that improves engagement and supports sales conversion
Strengthen alignment between marketing and sales through effective collateral and messaging
Improve campaign execution processes for efficiency and clarity
Take ownership of projects from concept through launch with minimal oversight
Identify opportunities to enhance content performance and implement improvements
Develop and refine marketing copy across website, email, sales materials, case studies, and digital channels
Lead content execution for integrated marketing campaigns
Ensure messaging consistency aligned with brand positioning and business objectives
Partner with Sales and Operations to create persuasive, practical enablement tools
Support website updates and optimization for clarity, SEO alignment, and accuracy
Contribute to thought leadership content, including blogs and executive communications
Track campaign performance and recommend improvements
Support event marketing and internal communications initiatives as needed
Occasional travel for company meetings or events
What You’ll Bring
Experience and Education
BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3–5 years of marketing experience with significant copywriting responsibility
Demonstrated portfolio of high‑quality written work across multiple formats
Experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives
B2B marketing experience preferred
Experience in retail, experiential, or field execution environments preferred
Skills and Attributes
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice
Strong organizational and project management capabilities
Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across teams
Strategic thinker who balances creativity with business objectives
Self‑directed and accountable with strong attention to detail

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs.
