This is an in-person role based in Columbus Ohio. We’re hiring Business Development Representatives to support our clients face-to-face brand outreach and new customer acquisition. You’ll be the first point of contact for new customers, welcoming them, answering questions, and ensuring they have a great experience. If you have a background in retail, hospitality, or customer service, you’ll thrive here and if you don’t, we’ll train you from the ground up.
Role Specifics & Setting The Industry: Our Partners represent clients in the Telecommunications sector such as T-Mobile Business & Spectrum
The Setting: This is a face-to-face role conducted in a B2C setting throughout the Columbus Metro area presenting customized product deals through 1 set clients full suite of products and services
The Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Standard business hours).
What You’ll Do Assist & acquire new customers in person
Answer questions regarding client products and services with accuracy and positivity.
Guide customers through the sales process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Work alongside a supportive team to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
Maintain a professional and welcoming representation of our partner brands.
