This role is based at our model home in a very busy, high-visibility retail area in Indian Land , South Carolina providing strong daily foot traffic and walk-in opportunities in addition to inbound leads.

Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly motivated, on-site Sales & Marketing Representative (SMR) who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.In this role, you will work from a model home, engaging walk-in customers, managing a high volume of inbound leads, and closing deals. This is ideal for someone who is energized by face-to-face interaction and driven by income potential.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the model home
Manage 25+ inbound leads daily (calls, texts, emails)
Convert leads into qualified prospects and closed sales
Conduct in-person product presentations and walkthroughs
Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates
Handle multiple deals and conversations simultaneously
Track leads, interactions, and sales activity accurately
Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve performance
Represent the company with professionalism, urgency, and energy
What We’re Looking For
Highly motivated and financially driven
Strong face-to-face communication and closing skills
Ability to handle high lead volume without dropping the ball
New home construction, sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Self-starter who thrives in an in-office environment

Base salary + commission
