Location: Can be hybrid or fully remote | LeadCoverage HQ is Atlanta, GA Reports To: VP of Revenue Operations Department: Revenue Operations Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) with expertise in HubSpot to drive the optimization, integration, and strategic enablement for our clients. This role plays a critical part in aligning marketing, sales, and customer success processes to maximize efficiency, improve data integrity, and accelerate revenue growth. Key Responsibilities HubSpot Administration & Optimization Serve as the HubSpot platform admin, ensuring optimal system performance, configuration, and integration across teams. Design, build, and maintain workflows, automation, pipelines, dashboards, and reports to support business objectives. Audit, clean, and optimize data hygiene across contacts, companies, and deals to maintain reporting accuracy. Implement best practices for lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and segmentation to drive pipeline efficiency. Revenue Operations Strategy Partner with leadership to develop and execute comprehensive RevOps strategies that align with go-to-market goals. Create scalable processes and SLA frameworks between marketing, sales, and customer success. Identify opportunities to enhance funnel conversion, forecast accuracy, and operational visibility. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure technology and process alignment. Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee their execution in HubSpot and related tools. Train and enable internal and client team members on HubSpot usage, reporting, and automation. Analytics & Reporting Build and manage executive-level dashboards for pipeline, revenue attribution, and performance tracking. Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth. Deliver actionable insights that inform leadership decisions and revenue forecasting. Systems Integration Manage and maintain integrations between HubSpot and tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn, and others. Ensure seamless data flow and process automation across the revenue tech stack. Collaborate with IT or third-party vendors for technical implementations or upgrades. Qualifications Required 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and/or Sales Operations. 3+ years of hands‑on HubSpot administration (HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub required). Proven experience designing and maintaining complex HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and reports. Deep understanding of revenue funnel mechanics, attribution modeling, and CRM best practices. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization, spreadsheets and reporting. Excellent communication skills, capable of communicating technical details in general business language. Preferred HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software, HubSpot Reporting). Experience with Salesforce, BI tools (Looker, Tableau), data warehouses or similar. Familiarity with RevOps frameworks (LEAN, TOFU/MOFU/BOFU, MEDDIC, Bowtie Model, etc.). Background in B2B agency environments.
