What you’ll do Top of funnel generation: Manage all aspects of top of the funnel for the Global Enterprise Sales team. Strategic planning: Work with the team to develop, maintain, and strengthen the go‑to‑market business strategy. Outbound prospecting: Execute creative and compelling outbound prospecting within your assigned accounts. Attention to detail: Verify the quality and accuracy of potential sales leads. Deep research: Research how different industries operate, leadership structures, and pain points and challenges our clients face each day. Execution: Build a pipeline of sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives. What we’re looking for 2+ years of experience. Good verbal and written communication skills. Highly motivated, driven, self‑starter. Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment. Strong entrepreneurial spirit, self‑motivated, and coachable. Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo experience is a plus. Nothing brings people together like food. All office‑based teams work onsite, five days a week. Compensation Base salary range: $70,000 – $80,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. Add’l Incentive Compensation: Individuals can earn an estimated annual incentive range of $30,000 – $40,000 when meeting performance expectations. Actual incentive compensation varies based on individual sales performance and targets. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance‑based bonus.
