Summary of Job Responsibilities: The Marketing Manager is responsible for the hands‑on execution and coordination of marketing initiatives that support loan growth, deposit growth, and customer engagement across retail and lending lines of business. This role is primarily execution‑focused, emphasizing accurate deployment of campaigns, coordination with vendors and internal partners, and consistent application of approved marketing strategies. The position supports marketing performance through basic reporting, ongoing optimization, and operational follow‑through, rather than enterprise‑level strategy ownership. The role works closely with senior leadership, compliance, and line‑of‑business partners to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and within established guidelines. Essential Duties: Marketing Program Execution Execute marketing initiatives that support retail banking, commercial lending, mortgage, and brand development Implement marketing plans in alignment with established business goals and leadership direction. Coordinate campaign schedules, materials, and channel deployment to ensure accurate and timely execution. Campaign Execution & Performance Support Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, display advertising, and location‑based targeting. Coordinate with approved vendor partners to implement digital campaigns and ensure deliverables align with approved scope and messaging. Ensure creative assets and messaging are deployed accurately and consistently across channels in accordance with brand and compliance standards. Monitor campaign performance using established dashboards and reports, tracking metrics such as clicks, engagement, and conversions. Identify basic opportunities for optimization and adjustments and coordinate changes with vendors or senior leadership as appropriate. Creative & Brand Coordination Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials with internal teams and external vendors. Review marketing materials for accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance requirements prior to use. Support consistent application of marketing materials across branches, digital channels, and community initiatives. Assist with in‑branch merchandising reviews and support marketing presence at community or branch‑level events as needed. Internal Support & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for marketing execution requests from branch teams and line‑of‑business partners. Communicate campaign details, timelines, and usage guidance clearly to internal stakeholders. Gather feedback from internal partners to improve clarity, usability, and effectiveness of marketing materials. Vendor & Budget Support Assist with coordinating vendor activities in accordance with Vendor Management policies. Support tracking of marketing expenses and campaign‑level budgets. Monitor vendor deliverables and elevate issues or performance concerns to senior leadership as needed. Compliance Execute all marketing initiatives in compliance with applicable banking regulations. Coordinate with internal compliance partners to ensure materials meet regulatory and policy requirements. Maintain working knowledge of regulations applicable to bank marketing, including Fair Lending, UDAAP, TCPA, and related standards. Skills and Abilities Required: Accurate and timely execution of approved marketing campaigns. Consistent application of brand and compliance standards across marketing materials. Reliable support to internal partners and positive feedback regarding responsiveness and follow‑through. Clear and timely reporting of basic campaign performance metrics. Successful completion of credit check, drug screen, and background check. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of experience supporting marketing execution, digital campaigns, or communications, preferably in financial services or a regulated environment. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and basic campaign performance reporting. Candidates selected for an interview will be asked to submit a portfolio of their work for review.
