Our Role Overview We’re looking for a Business Development & Growth Associate to help introduce our services to local business owners and build trust‑based client relationships. This is a self‑directed, commission‑only role ideal for someone who values autonomy, ownership, and performance‑based rewards. You will be responsible for sourcing your own opportunities within a dedicated territory and helping convert aligned prospects into long‑term clients. In the early stages, our team will assist with closing. Over time, you’ll be expected to confidently manage the full sales cycle independently.
