Ettika is a Los Angeles–based jewelry and accessories brand growing across DTC, wholesale, TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, and experiential activations.
We are building the next phase of our marketing engine and are looking for a Marketing Manager who can execute across all marketing initiatives and help drive momentum across the business.
This role works directly with the Founder and supports both strategy and day-to-day execution.
The Role This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional marketing role.
You will help execute and move forward all marketing initiatives including:
Influencer & affiliate programs
TikTok Shop & digital marketplaces
Brand events & activations
Product launches
Social & content operations
Campaign coordination
Marketing calendar execution
You will not just manage tasks — you will push projects forward.
Core Responsibilities Marketing Execution Across Channels Execute campaigns across DTC, wholesale support, TikTok Shop, and social
Manage timelines and ensure launches happen on schedule
Coordinate between content, product, inventory, and operations
Build tracking systems and weekly reporting
Success Metric: Projects move from idea → execution without bottlenecking
Influencer & Affiliate Program Support Onboard creators and manage affiliate relationships
Track creator performance and incentives
Coordinate sample sends and posting schedules
Identify opportunities to grow revenue through partnerships
Success Metrics:
Consistent affiliate growth
Active posting creators
Measurable revenue contribution
Events & Activations Support planning and execution of brand events (industry events, festivals, pop‑ups)
Manage logistics, staffing coordination, and follow‑ups
Turn in‑person interactions into long‑term relationships
Success Metric: Events convert into real brand exposure and measurable growth.
Reporting & Accountability Track GMV, campaign performance, and key KPIs
Present weekly marketing updates
Identify what’s working and what needs adjustment
What We’re Looking For 3–6 years experience in marketing (DTC or fashion preferred)
Comfortable working across performance + brand marketing
Highly organized and execution‑driven
Comfortable tracking numbers and reporting
Strong communicator and problem solver
Excited to work in‑office and build culture
