What You’ll Do Build and grow trusted relationships with commercial landscape clients
Conduct site visits to ensure quality and uncover enhancement opportunities
Recommend seasonal strategies aligned with client goals
Manage budgets, proposals, and portfolio communication
Resolve issues quickly and professionally
Drive renewals and enhancement revenue
What You Bring 3+ years of landscape account management or client-facing experience
Strong communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills
Proactive mindset with attention to detail
Experience managing proposals and driving upsell revenue
Team-oriented, growth-focused attitude
