The world of work as we know it is changing and we’re looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce’s core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. Leaders from the world’s most respected brands trust Salesforce to solve today’s digital imperative and uncover tomorrow’s potential. We are looking for a highly capable and collaborative individual to join our team, focused on supporting the Executive Marketing team. The Executive Marketing team is focused on building and deepening Executive (C‑suite) relationships within Salesforce’s top global Enterprise accounts to expand industry influence, build trust and increase Salesforce’s footprint. We create executive programs, starting with thoughtful, data‑based segmentation of the audience, that we take through a journey of memorable moments, thought‑provoking conversations, and relevant content across brand and media partnerships and Salesforce go‑to‑market channels. This role is hybrid and will work out of the Bellevue/Seattle or Chicago office three days a week. Role Responsibilities This is a critical dual‑function position that owns the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of Salesforce’s executive programs, ensuring flawless experiences for VP+ audiences from initial design to on‑site delivery. The position is primarily responsible for the Executive Partnerships team, managing high‑tier media sponsorships and co‑marketing opportunities at third‑party events, while simultaneously driving operations for the Talent Team by managing high‑profile speakers for proprietary events. By bridging these two functions, you will drive cross‑functional alignment with Sales and Field Marketing on CXO targeting, executive briefings, and post‑meeting follow‑ups to accelerate pipeline and amplify Salesforce’s brand influence. Core Competencies Integrated Event & Talent Management: Proven ability to own the complete lifecycle of an event, including the logistical oversight and “white‑glove” coordination of high‑profile speakers and VIP talent. Executive Messaging & Content Strategy: Expert‑level development of executive thought leadership (abstracts, video series, social media) in partnership with Product Marketing to ensure speaker content aligns with strategic brand messaging. Strategic & Creative Thinking: The capacity to design high‑value experiences that go beyond logistics to align with go‑to‑market priorities and secure strategic partners that enhance brand credibility. Business Acumen & Performance Tracking: A data‑driven approach to measuring success, accurately reporting against KPIs, and directly tying event and talent activities to pipeline growth and revenue influence. Key Skills & Requirements Executive Presence & Stakeholder Management: Professionalism to interact with and represent the company to C‑Suite leaders (CIOs, CTOs, CMOs). Ability to build strong relationships across internal teams (Sales, Operations) and external media partners. Project Management & Operational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams—speaker travel, accommodation, registration, and asset management—under tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Negotiation & Problem‑Solving: Skill in negotiating contracts with vendors and media partners, combined with a proactive mindset to resolve issues quickly under pressure. Content Production: Strong writing and presentation skills with experience building and refining speaker decks (e.g., Dreamforce‑level messaging) and synthesizing research into actionable recommendations. Technical Proficiency: Ability to adapt to new tech‑enabled tools quickly; familiarity with Rainfocus and event registration systems is highly preferred. Job Requirements 8+ years of relevant professional experience in event marketing, talent management, or executive communications. Proven track record of working with C‑level executives and high‑profile speakers. Prior experience developing executive thought leadership content or complex event abstracts. Self‑starter mindset with the ability to develop and execute tactical plans for high‑visibility projects in a fast‑paced environment. 25‑30% Travel.
