Job Responsibilities Responding promptly to inbound sales inquiries from medical practices Promote athenahealth’s services through direct phone and email outreach, serving as the first touchpoint in moving sales inquiries into the sales pipeline Passing qualified and nurtured leads to Sales Executives Typical Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 6 months-1 year experience preferred but not required Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and methods Strong written and verbal communication skills and a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong active listening skills Natural curiosity Expected Compensation $36,000 - $62,000 The base salary range shown reflects the full range for this role from minimum to maximum. At athenahealth, base pay depends on multiple factors, including job-related experience, relevant knowledge and skills, how your qualifications compare to others in similar roles, and geographical market rates.
