We are seeking a hands‑on Art Department Manager with a solid screen printing background to lead daily art operations and drive marketing opportunities. Description This is a working leadership role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment – production comes first. Position Summary The Art Department Manager oversees daily art workflow, ensures artwork is press‑ready, and holds the art team accountable to deadlines and quality standards. This role requires a self‑starter who communicates clearly, collaborates with Production and Sales, and leverages marketing skills to support client growth. Qualifications Required Qualifications Screen printing production experience required Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator required Experience creating press‑ready separations Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Self‑motivated and able to work independently Clear, professional communication skills Marketing, social media, or digital support experience What We’re Looking For Engaged, hands‑on manager – not hands‑off Self‑starter who owns results and drives accountability Production-focused and detail‑oriented Collaborative with Sales and Production teams What We Offer Paid vacation and holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) matching Employment Information This is a full‑time Oregon‑based position.
