I am looking speak with a dedicated Account Manager to join a dynamic team in the Warehouse Automation. This role involves a balanced approach to both hunting and farming accounts, ensuring the growth and retention of their client base. The ideal candidate will be based in Baden-Württemberg or Bavaria, and will have solid experience in the sale of Warehouse Automation system sales (ASRS, AMR, conveyors, sortation, software etc.). Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions to meet their logistics requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry Qualifications Proven experience in account management or sales within the Warehouse Automation industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Due to the high volume to applications unfortunately we are unable to respond to each applicant.
