Responsibilities of the Scientific Marketing Coordinator: Manage and update customer and lead information within the CRM system. Classify and prioritize inbound and outbound leads. Support lead nurturing and customer engagement activities. Transform scientific and product content into effective marketing emails. Collaborate with the product team and web developer to keep website content up to date. Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence with regular content updates. Draft and distribute press releases and scientific announcements. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across digital and print marketing materials. Analyze sales data, campaign metrics, and marketing analytics to identify trends. Coordinate marketing logistics for 1–3 industry conferences or tradeshows annually. Requirements of the Scientific Marketing Coordinator: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing or marketing coordination.
