In this role, you will own and grow strategic accounts while actively generating new business opportunities. You’ll be on the front lines of our expansion, prospecting, closing deals, and building lasting client relationships. You’ll manage the complete sales cycle and play a key role in shaping Ai Cook’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Build strong, trusted relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders
Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account revenue
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing consultative guidance
Track account performance, forecast growth, and report results to leadership
Work closely with operations and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and alignment with client objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
5 years’ experience in B2B industrial product sales
Experience in foodservice and workplace hospitality industry
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding new business revenue targets
Experience managing complex sales cycles, including discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
Excellent communication skills—clear, persuasive, and empathetic
Self‑motivated, disciplined, and comfortable operating in a startup, growth‑oriented environment
Relationship‑focused mindset with a commitment to client success over transactional wins
Values‑driven approach—selling with integrity, respect, and accountability
The compensation for this position includes a base salary starts from $72,000+ annually, plus uncapped commission. The final base salary will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, education, training, and applicable minimum wage requirements.
