As an organization, our promise is to fully support and empower our team members by providing them with all the tools and resources they need to be their very best at work and at home.
For us, home-based care is so much more than business, it is our passion and that is why we are looking for a Marketing Manager who will bring their passion to work with them each and every day.
How You Will Make a Difference
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join a small, fast-moving marketing team in the home health and hospice space. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a lean environment and enjoys owning work from idea to execution.
You’ll play a key role in how our brand shows up across channels, supporting everything from content and campaigns to social media and website management. This role does not manage people but carries real responsibility, visibility, and influence.
What You’ll Do
Write, edit, and refine marketing content across channels, including website copy, email, social media, internal communications, and campaign materials
Own social media strategy and execution end to end, including planning, content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking
Manage and maintain company websites, handling updates, content refreshes, basic SEO best practices, and coordination with external partners as needed
Lead marketing projects from kickoff through completion, balancing timelines, priorities, and stakeholders in a small‑team environment
Support brand, growth, recruiting, and community outreach campaigns from concept through launch
Partner closely with teams across operations, sales, clinical, and leadership to gather input and deliver clear, effective marketing materials
Keep marketing calendars, workflows, and assets organized and up to date
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve how marketing work gets done and take initiative to improve them
What We’re Looking For
4–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, home health, hospice, or another regulated environment
Experience working on a small team, startup, or high‑growth organization where flexibility and ownership were essential
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels
Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines without heavy oversight
Hands‑on experience owning social media strategy and execution, not just posting content
Working knowledge of website management and CMS platforms, with an understanding of SEO fundamentals
Highly organized, resourceful, and self‑directed
Comfortable making decisions, prioritizing work, and moving projects forward
Nice to Have
Direct experience in home health, hospice, or post‑acute care
Familiarity with healthcare compliance considerations in marketing
Experience supporting rebrands, acquisitions, or periods of rapid growth
Why This Role Matters
This role has a direct impact on how our brand is experienced by patients, referral partners, and employees. You’ll have the opportunity to shape processes, build momentum, and help a growing organization tell its story with clarity and purpose.
