You are the face of the community, the boots on the ground. #CM What We’d Love for You to Bring to the Table as an Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Community Manager Minimum of 2+ years supervisory background leading a Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds team. Well versed in Affordable Housing: determining eligibility; securing 3rd‑party verifications for income and/or assets; calculating household incomes as described in the HUD Handbook; completing Tenant Income Certification or equivalent documents; submission of files to Compliance Specialist/Bond Administrator; and completing compliance reports as required by the Community’s Regulatory Agreement. Compensation This position is offering $28.00 per hour, a three‑bedroom unit, quarterly bonus potential, plus benefits! Skills & Experience Experience in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting. Understanding of maintenance operations, landlord‑tenant law, and fair employment & housing laws. Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Yardi Voyager experience is an extra point. High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree is a plus.
