
Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager supports a regional leasing team by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance property visibility and drive leasing activity. This role partners closely with leasing professionals to create and implement campaigns, materials, and outreach efforts that engage the brokerage community. The position oversees marketing production, vendor coordination, and budget management to ensure timely and effective execution. It is an in-office role requiring strong collaboration, organization, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary marketing partner to the leasing team, providing both strategic guidance and daily execution support
Plan and manage marketing budgets tied to leasing initiatives and campaigns
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to produce marketing materials including digital campaigns, print collateral, and property listings
Develop and execute targeted outreach efforts such as email campaigns and broker engagement initiatives
Maintain and update property marketing assets, including presentations, photography, and online listings
Oversee vendor relationships and manage invoicing, tracking, and reporting for marketing expenses
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Marketing or a related field
2–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably supporting real estate or leasing teams
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to anticipate team needs
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; familiarity with website platforms or basic web tools is a plus
