Company: This role supports two distinct companies, ReelWorx, a digital marketing and recruiting content platform, and E6 Talent Solutions, a recruitment firm specializing in high-impact talent placement - both operating out of the same office and under the same ownership.

Role Overview
This role blends marketing execution, content coordination, and executive support for marketing partners and Co-founders overseeing two fast-growing brands: ReelWorx, a digital marketing and recruiting content platform, and E6 Talent Solutions, a recruitment company specializing in high-impact talent placement. You’ll help drive marketing campaigns, assist in marketing and event tasks, manage daily operations, coordinate recruiting workflows, and ensure Leadership stays organized, informed, and focused on strategic growth.
This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, creative, tech-savvy, good at relationship building, and energized by working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Support
Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing digital content across social
Coordinate content shoots, editing timelines, and content calendars for the ReelWorx brand.
Assist in drafting marketing copy for posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to support lead generation and
Track analytics and performance metrics; prepare weekly and monthly reports and insights.
Conduct competitor research, audience analysis, and trend monitoring to inform
Support paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) with asset organization and tracking.
Recruiting Operations Support
Assist with job postings, candidate outreach, and applicant tracking system updates.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and communication between candidates and clients.
Prepare recruiting materials, candidate summaries, and client-facing documents.
Maintain organized talent pipelines and ensure timely movement through the recruiting process.
Support the marketing partners in aligning marketing efforts with recruiting needs (campaigns, funnels, content).
Manage Leaderships calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.
Handle email triage, prioritization, and communication on behalf of Leadership when appropriate.
Organize files, documents, and project materials across both brands.
Assist with special projects, vendor coordination, and cross-department communication.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in marketing support, executive assistance, recruiting coordination, or a related role.
Strong writing and communication skills; ability to draft clear, engaging marketing copy.
Proficiency with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and basic analytics.
Experience with CRM or ATS systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Workable, etc.) is a plus.
Highly organized with excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (Canva, Google Workspace, project management apps).
Content (video, photo, audio) editing or design experience is a bonus but not required.
