Performance Marketing Specialist, Games, 2746-1 Position Overview We are looking for a data-driven, agile, and fast-learning Performance Marketing Specialist to join our in-house Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and reporting on our mobile game user acquisition (UA) efforts across the games portfolio. Reporting directly to the Performance Marketing Senior Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders across games marketing, paid media, organic social, product, and more. You’ll join a high-energy team where cross-functional collaboration and communication are key to success. You will work with our Paid Social and Games Marketing teams to align on product beats, strategies & creative, and manage relationships with external App Store Optimization (ASO) agencies to ensure our mobile game discovery pipeline is as strong as possible. Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage and execute multi-channel UA campaigns to meet ambitious install and engagement goals. Creative Strategy & Agency Management: Brief and collaborate with external art agencies to produce high-performing video and static assets. ASO & Store Presence: Partner with ASO agencies to optimize app store listings (metadata, icons, screenshots) to improve organic visibility and paid conversion efficiency. Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary performance lead for internal stakeholders, ensuring paid media strategies align with broader game updates, seasonal events, and brand goals. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor daily performance metrics and translate complex data sets into actionable insights and regular reports for leadership. Requirements Experience: 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, specifically within the mobile gaming or app-based industry. Platform Expertise: Proven track record managing significant budgets across major ad networks, particularly Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Ads. Analytical Mindset: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs). Appsflyer experience preferred but not essential. ASO Expert: Background interpreting ASO data, exploring trends, and turning findings into actionable insights (across paid and organic activity). Creative Eye: Ability to deconstruct why a creative asset is performing well and provide structured, data-backed feedback to designers. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage external vendors and influence internal stakeholders without direct authority. Nice to Haves or Preferred Skills Privacy Era Knowledge: Familiarity with navigating the challenges of SKAdNetwork (SKAN) and Privacy Sandbox. Incrementality knowledge: Understand the nuances of conversion lift methodology and testing within performance marketing. Flexible mindset: Ability to adapt to a new business model, forgetting everything you think you know to view problems from alternative perspectives. Gaming Passion: A genuine interest in the gaming industry and an understanding of different player personas and genres. Global Reach: Experience managing localized campaigns across multiple international territories.
