We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Client service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will engage with clients, promote products, and provide exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for building client relationships and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities: Promote Company's products and services to potential and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
Analyze client needs to provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as needed.
Assist with client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or Marketing.
Minimum of 1 year of working experience in sales or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and agility in decision-making.
Excellent and effective communication skills.
Strong data interpretation and analytical abilities.
Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
Male Francophone candidates preferred due to the nature of field-related duties.
