Your Role And Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and increase market share. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including C‑level executives, to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to provide value‑added solutions.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, and use this information to inform business development strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
Proposal Development: Develop and submit proposals, pitches, and other sales materials to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantage of the company’s products or services.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, including identifying and pursuing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, and use this information to inform business development strategies.
