As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you'll shape how we connect with millions of customers—delivering personalized, timely, and meaningful experiences across digital channels. You’ll join a collaborative Marketing Technology team that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning. Indianapolis, IN Marketing Technology Team Pay Rate Range: $65-70/hr on W2 (NO C2C) Responsibilities Partner with business and marketing stakeholders to translate campaign goals into scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions. Design, build, and launch multi channel customer journeys across email, SMS, and push notifications. Develop and manage integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud, Data Sync, and ETL tools. Utilize AMPscript and SQL to create dynamic, personalized content tailored to segmented audiences. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing targeting and segmentation strategies. Provide technical expertise and support to cross functional marketing teams. Collaborate closely with internal partners to ensure alignment and seamless integration with broader business initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including multi‑channel campaign execution. Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (ingestion, harmonization, activation). Demonstrated proficiency in AMPscript and SQL. Experience developing content for email, SMS, and push channels. Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud (preferred). Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS (plus).
