Our client, a wholesale apparel company is seeking an eager and business‑minded candidate with expert knowledge in the juniors and missy’s market to join their expanding team. Responsibilities Create and execute comprehensive sales targets Collaborate with senior management to define sales goals and strategies Analyze sales and trends to identify white space to expand and optimize Collaborate and partner with buying teams on product assortment and maximize potential Develop right mix of products, styles, sizes, and price points Be an expert in the market for trends, consumer preferences and market Requirements Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Min 7+ years of experience in a similar role Established relationships with stakeholders within high‑price point off‑priced retailers and department stores Proven track record in sales management, merchandising, and retail operations Expertise in retail merchandising principles, market trends, retail math and consumer behavior Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in Microsoft software Excel, PowerPoint Please submit your resume for consideration!
