Job Summary
As a Senior Marketing Associate in the Marketing Team, you help keep projects and processes on track, supporting business planning, controls management, and campaign execution. You work closely with strategists and partners, ensuring our team runs smoothly and efficiently. You will gain hands‑on experience in financial planning, reporting, and campaign management, playing a key role in our team’s success and growth.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee controls management and compliance for marketing activities
Track compliance, identify risks, and resolve issues promptly
Serve as the main contact for controls and compliance questions
Support business and financial planning, including budgeting and expense tracking
Assist with preparing presentations and coordinating meetingsOrganize daily operations and update project plans
Help plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns
Coordinate creation of product footnotes, claims, and marketing assets
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of marketing materials
Prepare reports and dashboards to track business and marketing results
Analyze campaign performance and share insights to improve strategies
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and data analysis
Proactive and self‑motivated approach to work
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Experience supporting controls and compliance in a business setting
Familiarity with campaign planning and performance measurement
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience collaborating with diverse teams and partners
Ability to coordinate creation of marketing assets
Exposure to business management and financial forecasting
Experience with marketing technology platforms
