Our Values:
Availability – is consistently available via cell phone, text, or e-mail to support administrative needs during regular business hours; demonstrates ability to respond quickly to internal or external-facing requests within a reasonable timeframe beyond traditional business hours. Communicates with team members in advance when availability is limited.
Urgency/Immediacy– Responds to client e-mail, text, or call within three hours during normal business hours. Demonstrates a pro-active commitment to answering questions and provides value for clients quickly in time-sensitive environments. “Leans-in” to client requests.
Client Focused Delivery – Attentive to the client’s needs. Delivers solutions and value for the client based on the client’s intentions, timeframes, needs and goals. Anticipates client-needs before the client may understand what they are. Delivers consistent value-add for our clients even when they don’t know they need it.
Persistence/Grit – Demonstrates a resolve to drive initiatives to conclusion with regular follow-up, determination, and a commitment to the goal and mission. Maintains steady, consistent approach to strategic direction and stated tasks and goals.
Follow-through/Accountability – Completes tasks previously agreed to on-time (or early). Communicates with transparency on outstanding items for clients or deliverables. Takes responsibility for dropped balls and drives projects to completion. Provides regular updates on project or client status. Asks for help when help is needed.
Curiosity – Asks questions either when expectations are unclear or when ambiguity exists. Seeks feedback for continual improvement of approach, processes, performance, or behavior. Demonstrates genuine curiosity for client’s unique situation and their needs by asking intelligent questions, anticipating timelines, and exploring creative approaches to solving problems. Always asking, “how can I add value?”
Initiative/Self-Starter – Never needs to be asked more than once to complete an important task. Instead, takes the initiative to drive successful outcomes. Clarifies priorities when doubts emerge.
