This junior‑level consulting role serves as the operational backbone of marketing initiatives, ensuring projects move efficiently from intake through execution and final approval. Click Apply Now to join the Chamberlain experience! What You Will Be Accountable For Monitor project intake channels and dashboards to identify and prioritize new marketing requests. Coordinate with the Lead Program Manager to ensure work is assigned appropriately and delivered within established timelines. Track assigned tasks through internal workflows from kickoff to final approval. Utilize Workfront and Workfront Planning tools to plan, assign, and track marketing initiatives. Proactively engage creative and production teams to ensure they have required briefs, assets, and information. Follow up with stakeholders to secure timely reviews and approvals and prevent workflow bottlenecks. Facilitate communication across cross‑functional teams to maintain alignment and project momentum. Execute monthly billing activities related to media, production, and vendor expenses. Ensure project costs are accurately coded to appropriate cost centers and remain within approved budgets. Support special projects within Marketing Operations, including meetings, facilities coordination, and administrative initiatives. What Qualifications You Need Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Typically one to three years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or similar operational roles. Experience supporting project intake, workflow tracking, and task coordination in a fast‑paced environment. Experience using project management tools such as Workfront or similar workflow platforms. Basic understanding of marketing campaign processes and production workflows. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting timelines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams. Ability to monitor budgets and support cost tracking processes. Experience working within marketing operations teams.
