What a Typical Day Looks Like Map your route, run ~15 on‑site visits, and book work. Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team. Light admin and prep from your home. Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support. Attributes Over Experience No Sales Experience Required : No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales experience is needed. We can teach the process; we can’t teach these traits: Coachable — eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook. Curious — comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first.
