Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Insurance BPO Account Executive with a solid background in Insurance Sales and Property & Casualty (P&C). In this role, you will generate new business opportunities nationwide, offering our specialized back-office outsourcing services to insurance entities across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close new business with independent agencies, brokers, MGAs, and carriers across the U.S.
Promote services delivered by our Virtual Assistants, including quoting, renewals, policy checking, endorsements, and administrative support.
Conduct consultative sales calls and customized presentations tailored to client workflows.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and networking strategies.
Partner with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
Represent the company at insurance industry events, trade shows, and forums.
Provide accurate forecasts and regular reporting on sales activities and goals.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in Insurance Sales, preferably with a background in Property & Casualty (P&C).
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the insurance or outsourcing sectors.
Strong understanding of agency operations, workflows, and insurance back-office processes.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
