Junior Marketing Program Manager Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) Are you a digitally savvy marketer who understands how students and early‑career professionals engage with content today? A nationally recognized professional association is growing its marketing team and adding a Junior Marketing Program Manager to focus on expanding and engaging its student + emerging professional audience segment. This is a high‑visibility opportunity to own campaigns, test new ideas, and bring fresh perspective to a collaborative, mentoring‑focused marketing team. What You’ll Be Doing Own marketing campaigns for a defined audience segment (students + early‑career professionals) Develop and execute digital campaigns across email, social, and paid media Manage LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other digital ad platforms Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy based on data Collaborate closely with product partners and cross‑functional teams Contribute to annual marketing planning and budget management Test new tools, channels, and creative approaches What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of marketing experience (agency or in‑house) Hands‑on experience running digital campaigns Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms Strong writing skills for digital campaigns Comfort analyzing campaign data (CTR, conversions, engagement, etc.) Naturally tuned into student / Gen Z / early‑career audience behavior Portfolio or campaign samples strongly preferred Bonus Points For Experience with HubSpot or marketing automation Experience marketing education, membership, or event‑based products Agency background Why This Role?
