E-commerce Account Manager

Job Summary The E-Commerce Account Manager is responsible for supporting the online product and sales strategies for key accounts. Duties include tasks such as SKU additions, image gathering, and uploading current VCNY Home products for sale on the website. We welcome candidates from the Home, Fashion, Apparel, and/or Accessories industry and recent college graduates. Responsibilities Assist in selecting and building product offerings in Excel to load into customer sites/portals. Enter data on specific templates to submit to retail sites for approval. Work with the Marketing department to deliver product images for all items in submission templates and forward them to retailers as per individual requirements. Submit pricing, control all completed templates to ensure all items are priced correctly to prevent order processing delays. Collaborate with customer service and customers to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries or concerns. Periodically review customer websites to ensure product presentation conforms to VCNY Home E-Commerce guidelines. Perform ongoing maintenance for specific retailers to correct any inaccuracies appearing in product descriptions, specifications, images, etc. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of E-Commerce experience, or a desire to learn E-Commerce Knowledge of using customer portals Experience with Walmart marketplace, Target and Wayfair a plus Clear written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong proficiency in Excel Strong mindfulness with an emphasis on accuracy Ability to provide excellent customer service for both internal and external contacts Work well in a team environment and across multiple departments We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply for this position regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other legally protected status.
