Internship Overview We are seeking a Technical Marketing & Branding Intern who can translate complex autonomy and simulation systems into clear, compelling, and visually powerful narratives. This is not a generic marketing role. You must have enough technical background to:
Follow engineering discussions
Understand high-level autonomy concepts
Ask intelligent questions about perception, control, and simulation
Accurately represent technical work in presentations
You will work directly with engineers and leadership to shape how our technology is communicated to:
Government customers
Commercial partners
Investors
Technical recruits
Technical Presentation Development Transform dense technical material into clear visual storytelling
Design and refine PowerPoint decks for customers and proposals
Build reusable slide templates and visual standards
Create system diagrams and explanatory visuals
Technical Content & Digital Strategy Draft LinkedIn posts that accurately describe autonomy work
Help refine website technical language
Support blog posts or whitepaper summaries
Assist in developing messaging for recruiting top engineers
Branding with Technical Fidelity Maintain brand consistency across materials
Ensure visual assets reflect a deep-tech aerospace identity
Develop visuals that communicate complex systems clearly
Who You Are You are a motivated intern who brings:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
A strong interest in aerospace, defense, or emerging technologies, with a desire to learn more about the industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, showing initiative and creativity
Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing principles is desirable
Strong PowerPoint / slide design skills
Technical literacy (can read equations without panicking)
Clear written communicator
Curious and proactive
Comfortable working directly with engineers
Strong aesthetic sense but not purely design-focused

Requirements Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
Passion for space technology, innovation, and a desire to learn about the aerospace and defense industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey technical information clearly
Familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides); experience with graphic design software is a plus
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, willing to contribute ideas and support team efforts
Preferred Qualifications Previous internship experience in marketing, communications, or technical support roles
Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms
Creativity, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for technical communication and marketing initiatives
