This role is ideal for a multi-skilled digital marketing professional who can design compelling visuals, manage social media, and create engaging video content that drives brand awareness and lead generation. This is an in-office position and a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral Design high-quality e-brochures, digital flyers, listing presentations, and PDFs Create visually appealing marketing packages, branding kits, and campaign assets Ensure brand consistency across all real estate marketing materials Use tools such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop , or similar Digital & Social Media Marketing Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Develop engaging content for Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, and Shorts Monitor engagement, comments, and basic performance metrics Collaborate on content ideas that support listings, open houses, and brand growth Video Content Creation Record, edit, and produce short-form and long-form video content Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro , or similar Optimize video content for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or content creation Strong design skills with a portfolio of marketing or real estate-related work Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite Experience creating social media content and short-form videos Understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital trends Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects Must be able to work on-site in Miami, FL Preferred Qualifications Experience in real estate marketing (residential or commercial) Knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and content optimization Familiarity with email marketing, landing pages, or CRM platforms Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking Why Work With ALL IN ONE Employment Services Access to top employers in Miami, FL Career-focused placements with growth potential Support throughout the hiring and onboarding process How to Apply Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply online at: https://jobs.allinoneemployment.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
