Business Development Executive (MSP Sales) A well-established Managed Service Provider with 30+ years supporting businesses across the San Francisco Bay Area is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition.
This is a true hunter role focused on building net-new relationships and closing managed services and project-based opportunities. If you thrive on prospecting, opening doors, and closing deals in the MSP space, this is a strong opportunity to join a stable, growing organization with a strong reputation in the market.
The marketing team will handle inbound and CRM management — this role is dedicated to outbound sales and revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing Prospect and generate net-new business opportunities within the SMB and mid-market space
Run the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Sell managed services, IT projects, and technology solutions
Build relationships with decision makers and business leaders
Consistently meet or exceed quota targets
Work closely with leadership and marketing to support revenue growth
Required 5+ years of MSP sales experience
Proven success selling managed services
Demonstrated quota attainment
Strong prospecting and outbound sales skills
Ability to run a full sales cycle independently
Nice to Have Existing network or book of business
10% commission on managed services and project revenue
