Requirements
1–2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, finance, or a related field
Responsibilities
Support end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives across campaigns, digital channels, product launches, and events.
Maintain and update the marketing content calendar, project trackers, and documentation to ensure deadlines and deliverables stay on track.
Monitor campaign performance and pull marketing analytics to support reporting and continuous improvement.
Create and format marketing materials including newsletters, website content, social posts, graphics, and sales decks.
Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and quality control across all marketing assets.
Take structured meeting notes, track action items, and support cross-functional coordination
Use AI tools and internal systems to streamline workflows, summarize insights, and improve operational efficiency.
Stay informed on industry and competitor trends to support thoughtful marketing execution.
Come to the office on a hybrid schedule (4-in/1-remote).
