Overview Debt Settlement Inside Phone Sales Representative Summary: With more Americans taking out federal student loans daily our company is expanding again. We are interviewing this week for sales positions for a student loan IBR advisor to work with company-generated inbound leads. We are a focused marketing affiliate that focuses on lead generating for debt settlement and works with several backend companies offering options for our clients to resolve their debt if the way it fits them best. Inside Phone Sales Representatives are responsible for advancing leads through the sales process, closing new business, and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. This role conducts business through telephone and email. Responsibilities Combination of Warm Transfer Leads and calling prospects that are generated by preexisting lead sources Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects Ensure follow-up by maintaining a healthy sales pipeline using the tools at your exposure Work hard and push yourself every day while keeping a positive attitude Overcome objections of prospective customers Emphasize service features and benefits while maintaining a tight focus on compliance, including quote program payments, discussing terms, and preparing sales agreements Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position We are looking for more top reps!!!! Qualifications High School (Preferred) Sales: 2+ years (Preferred) English (Preferred) Requirements Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills Excellent listening skills Strong written communication skills Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures Ability to work individually and as part of a team High level of integrity and work ethic Experience with customer relationship management software is preferred Bilingual candidates preferred, but not required Job Details Work Location: Office in Stanton (Optional based on performance) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000 per year Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday; No weekends Additional Information We provide paid onsite training and everything a sales rep/advisor needs to be successful within our company.
