Overview Business Development Representative — In-Person: New Braunfels, TX. Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. Use provided tools to create lists of prospects and prepare with key information about each prospect prior to phone outreach. Call prospects and guide them through the lead elevation process with the goal of scheduling meetings and aligning opportunities with the producer team. Gain key information to vet opportunities and notate learned processes to create a replicable roadmap for future BDRs. Maintain diligent notes of interactions and organize information in HubSpot CRM; perform timely follow-up to nurture opportunities not ready to meet. Attend sales meetings, trainings, and workshops to hone skills and improve phone efficacy.
