Responsibilities
Utilizing the Customer Relationship Management tool to manage incoming internet leads both Sales and Service, making sure that they are getting tended to
Receive inbound calls for Sales and Service related appointment creation
Utilizing the Customer Relationship Management tool making sure that our lease customers are getting contacted and followed up with
Utilizing outbound manifest lists to create and generate new business
Other duties as assigned by the Business Development Director or Lead
