TSW an award-winning planning, architecture, and landscape architecture firm, is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. The position requires collaboration with the Business Development Manager and Studios to support our four offices (Atlanta, Georgia; Chattanooga, Tennessee; Lexington, Kentucky; and Tulsa, Oklahoma) in pursuing new projects, promoting our firm’s innovative work and collaborative culture, and enhancing our brand presence in the industry.

General duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage the proposal team and coordinate strategy, content development, schedules, and final production to deliver compelling, on-time planning and design proposals
Develop proposals and interview presentations as part of the RFP/RFQ process for municipalities and private developers
Collaborate with Principals and Studio Managers to gather project information, photos, and other content for marketing materials
Develop and manage the production of marketing collateral such as project sheets, resumes, brochures, advertisements, and presentations
Support community engagement efforts and activities
Support coordination efforts and developing materials for planning and design industry events and conferences
TSW requires:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture or related field and 5+ years of experience in the urban planning, architecture, or design industry (although we will consider candidates without a degree on a case-by-case basis)
Experience responding to Request for Proposals/Qualifications with the planning, landscape architecture, and architecture industry
Strong written and verbal communication, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) and Microsoft 365
Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
