Employer Industry: Cloud Security Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $138,400 Eligible for participation in the employer's equity plan and potential incentive compensation Comprehensive health and welfare benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible paid time off plus 11 paid holidays Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a rapidly expanding organization Work in a collaborative and innovative environment focused on customer success What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Provide expert guidance to customers on deployment and operational best practices, serving as the primary liaison for technical questions and escalations Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to enhance adoption and satisfaction Assist customers in developing Success Plans with critical goals and performance indicators, measuring progress and reporting outcomes Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Collaborate with sales and renewal teams to secure contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities What is Required (Qualifications): 3+ years of experience working in the Public Sector supporting Public Cloud workloads Strong familiarity with Public Sector compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and NIST 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, such as Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Engineer Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP level certifications preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and associated security considerations Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
