Overview
This is a part-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist in the recruiting/staffing industry. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the company's growth efforts. The role also involves maintaining clear and professional communication with potential clients and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the business development cycle.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE : Minimum 3-5 years working in the same role for a recruiting/staffing agency
Strong Analytical Skills for identifying market opportunities and trends
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research
Exceptional Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and professional interactions
Proven organizational and time management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
