Start conversations with homeowners, build rapport, and identify their home improvement needs. Generate qualified leads and schedule free in‑home consultations for our sales team. Educate homeowners about our premium roofing, window, and siding solutions. Use your communication skills and personality to help homeowners take the next step toward upgrading their home. What We’re Looking For A natural communicator with confidence and energy. Competitive and goal‑driven – you enjoy meeting challenges head‑on. Comfortable talking to people from all walks of life. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Able to stand for several hours and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs (event setup materials). A positive attitude and a desire to grow personally and professionally.
