Account Manager/Recruitment Consultant – Tech Perm Placements
$80,000 – $90,000 base + uncapped commission

The Principal Consultant will lead their own permanent recruitment desk, blending business development with hands-on delivery to grow a profitable client base.
Responsibilities Own your desk from day one, managing the full sales and delivery cycle for permanent placements
Drive new business in the tech and start-up ecosystem, with 70% of clients in Seed to Series B stages
Build deep, recurring client relationships that generate consistent monthly billings
Meet and exceed personal revenue goals with uncapped commission potential
Play a central role in shaping U.S. market presence and office culture
Qualifications 4 - 7 years’ experience in agency recruitment
360 recruitment experience OR a strong 180 track record focused on business development
Technology recruitment experience
Strong business development skills/proven track record of generating and closing your own deals
Self-motivation and independence, comfortable working remotely without micro-management
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-evolving, entrepreneurial environment
