Sr. Analyst - Marketing Enablement Atlanta, GA On-Site ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst - Marketing Enablement for a 4-month onsite contract in Atlanta, GA, with a strong likelihood of extension or conversion. In this role, you will drive the successful adoption of marketing technologies by ensuring the alignment of tool selection, implementation, and organizational readiness with overarching business objectives. You will serve as a key support function, analyzing current marketing capabilities, identifying gaps and opportunities, contributing to solution design, and assisting in the rollout of new technologies and workflows. The Senior Analyst will conduct research and stakeholder sessions, support implementation strategies, apply change management tactics, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist with the diagnosis and definition of business problems through research and marketer stakeholder sessions. Analyze campaign processes to identify gaps and opportunities for marketing enablement. Support the development and execution of implementation strategies for new marketing technologies and workflows within marketing and creative groups. Contribute to the design of process solutions grounded in business goals and success measures. Apply change management tactics, including documenting change impact assessments, assisting with risk identification and mitigation plans, and supporting communication plans. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, IT, Marketing Operations, Marketers) and external technology vendors throughout the execution and implementation of strategic initiatives. Document processes and solution designs to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders. Assist in organizational readiness activities to drive adoption of marketing tools and technologies. Leverage hands‑on experience with marketing tools such as AEP, Adobe RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Workfront, DAM platforms (AEM Assets or Aprimo DAM), Adobe Creative Cloud, and Firefly Services. Support project management activities related to technology implementation and rollout strategies. WHAT YOU BRING Proven ability to analyze business problems, campaign processes, and marketing technologies for actionable insights. Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders, marketers, MarTech (IT/Product), operations, and external vendors. Hands‑on experience with marketing tools such as AEP, Adobe RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Workfront, DAM (AEM Assets or Aprimo DAM), Adobe Creative Cloud, and Firefly Services. Proficiency in documenting processes and solution designs. Experience supporting project management, implementation, and rollout strategies for marketing technologies. Demonstrated experience with change management tactics, including impact assessments and risk mitigation. Ability to contribute to process solution design aligned with business goals and success measures. Experience partnering with diverse groups, including stakeholders/users, marketers in various roles, MarTech (IT/Product), operations roles such as PMO and system support, and external vendors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
