A leading Houston law firm is seeking a Legal Applications Administrator to support the firm’s Foundation deals and experience platform, as well as other key marketing and business development systems. About the Role This role sits within the Technology Department and partners closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Marketing Technology teams to ensure systems run efficiently, integrations function properly, and reporting tools deliver reliable data. Responsibilities Administering and optimizing the Foundation platform Managing system configuration, user access, and performance Supporting system integrations, automation, and data workflows Monitoring integrations with systems such as SharePoint and related platforms Building custom reports and automated workflows for marketing and business development teams Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring strong data integrity Collaborating with Technology, Marketing, and Business Development teams to improve workflows and systems Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting business applications or legal technology systems Experience with Foundation, InterAction, or similar CRM or experience tracking platforms preferred Strong technical skills in system configuration, reporting, integrations, and workflow automation Familiarity with APIs, SQL/databases, or data integration tools is a plus Law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
