Pay Range: $90,000- $110,000 per year
Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns, enhance our digital and web presence, and manage our social media to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in website enhancement, design, content enrichment and SEO Optimization. This role also involves leading and executing our advertising and social media marketing initiatives. This is a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue through various channels for Spectrum.
Core Role & Responsibilities
Support digital marketing strategies that align with company initiatives, including generating revenue, increasing brand visibility, positive customer engagement, and lead generation for Spectrum’s sales team.
Work closely with sales, product management, and external vendors) to create marketing efforts that speak directly to customer needs.
Drive Spectrum’s Digital Product Package enrichment and standardization across global marketing efforts (domestic US and abroad, as applicable)
Support continuous improvement projects in support of organizational strategy and objectives that improve customers’ experience; create new channels for customer feedback as indicator scores.
Attend meetings, trade shows, seminars, and conferences as appropriate, as well as perform any other duties as required based on business needs.
Specific Areas of Focus
Drive customers and revenue through our website through additions of landing pages, web content, user experience upgrades, and more.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, using customer data and feedback to refine strategies and improve ROI. Report on website revenue and SEO analytics. Ability to further refine campaigns for more targeted approach based on analytics.
Create visually appealing marketing materials, including web graphics, social media content, infographics, email templates, banners, and brochures.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enrich content across multiple platforms, including our distribution partners, optimizing for SEO; supports brand management
Driving growth through advertising; design and execute advertising campaigns media and search engines (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, magazines), focusing on customer pain points and driving solution-based messaging.
Campaign & Content Management, Including Social Media:
Work with Sales & Marketing leadership to create, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across multiple channels with a focus on customer acquisition and retention
Support the growth of the company’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), by creating and scheduling content that resonates with target audiences. As such, grow number of followers across platforms.
Supervisory Responsibility
This is not a supervisory role.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
This position will require seldom travel, including participation in National Sales Meetings, conferences, tradeshows, etc. Frequent work on-site days in CA or NJ, as discussed with leader.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design.
Proven experience in advertising with a strong understanding of customer needs
Expertise with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling content for social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns.
Familiarity with SEO, content optimization, and creating high-engagement content for a customer-first approach.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO best practices, and paid media (e.g., PPC, social ads).

Preferred:
Familiar with Google G4 Analytics platform
Familiarity with Magento website - programming experience a plus
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM- particularly with building and executing campaigns
A solid understanding of the cGMP chemical manufacturing market; including trends, technologies, products, and players.
Science aptitude and experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, cosmetics, and / or personal care markets.
Project Management Certification
Solid understanding of related markets (i.e. pharma, biopharma, etc.) & regulatory requirements and issues associated with those markets.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to prepare presentations and write articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
