We’re a Global Team! with about 30 Skylinkers across the US and internationally, offering a dynamic, collaborative environment where growth and success are shared by all! ✈️ What We Do Skylink supports aircraft fleets worldwide. We work with large commercial, regional, and military aircraft. Our mission? To simplify the delivery of nose‑to‑tail aircraft maintenance materials for clients across 30+ countries. As an Account Executive, you’ll work with airlines, MROs, lessors, and military fleets to ensure they get the right material support to keep their fleets in the air. Career Growth Path Every new Account Executive begins with a structured ramp‑up phase designed to build deep knowledge of our customers, systems, and sales process. During this stage, you’ll help support sales operations and inside sales activities, including RFQs, quoting, and customer support. This hands‑on experience is a core part of how we develop high‑performing Account Executives and deliver our signature WOW Experience. Step 1: Junior Account Executive – Build & manage a sales pipeline: OTE: $50,000 (salary + commission). Step 2: Account Executive – OTE: $75,000 (salary + commission). Step 3: Dedicated Account Manager – Grow assigned accounts. OTE: $100,000 (salary + commission). Growing Long‑Term Partnerships: Help turn initial wins into lasting customer relationships and ongoing business growth. Close Deals: Secure client commitments by strategically timing the ask and outlining clear benefits. Account Management Manage key accounts, process RFQs and Sales Orders, and ensure on‑time shipping. Act as a trusted advisor to clients. Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion through additional services. Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing or related field. 3+ years minimum experience in aircraft material sales. Industry Experience in aviation, MRO, or aerospace. Closing & Negotiating: Strategic negotiation securing client commitments and win‑win agreements. Consultation & Business Acumen: Offering valuable advice and creating value through insights. Prospecting & Questioning: Identifying opportunities and asking impactful questions. Storytelling & Differentiating: Presenting solutions that create preference and drive change. Objection Handling & Leadership: Addressing concerns and driving results through others. Change Management: Building consensus and managing change effectively. Consultative selling, ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles & comfort with long sales cycles is a must! On Target Earnings: $75,000 (Base salary: $55,000 + Quarterly commission). This position is open to both U.S. and international candidates. For international hires, this will be a contractor position.
