
Business Development Representative

Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic candidate who is an excellent communicator, active listener and natural salesperson, with strong technical skills, who will become the backbone of an exceptional sales experience. As a Business Development Representative you will report to the Vice President of our Contact Center and will be responsible for generating sales appointments in all of Power’s nationwide offices. Your main responsibility will be to manage Power's database, consisting of existing customers, internet contacts, and homeowners met from our outbound Customer Development team. You will be responsible for speaking with these customers and creating appointments. This role is a great position to start a career where you can find success and have multiple growth opportunities including but not limited to department management, relocation, or other headquarter openings.
Responsibilities
Produce a high volume of outbound sales calls in a dynamic environment
Generate sales appointments for outside sales representatives
Promote Power’s eco-friendly products and services to prospective and existing clients
Partake in department meetings and ongoing trainings
Invitations to Leadership Conferences and Power Initiatives
Provide customers with best-in-class service
Strive for a 5-Star service review

Work Environment
Hourly rate plus uncapped commission and bonuses
Average earning potential: $50,000 to $70,000
