# FAP Region Brand Manager###### Share this job opportunityFerrero is looking for a Regional Brand Manager to help shape and deliver brand strategy across the Asia Pacific region.Operating in a matrix environment, this role acts as a key connector between Global/Area Category teams, Regional Leadership, and local Cluster marketing teams, ensuring strong alignment between global brand ambition and local market execution.The role supports and drives regional brand initiatives across strategy, portfolio management, communication development, innovation, and performance tracking, with the objective of delivering sustainable sales growth, profitability, and brand equity across diverse markets.* University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field* Relevant experience in brand marketing, preferably within FMCG* Strong experience in brand strategy, portfolio management, and campaign development* Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing frameworks* Proven exposure to regional or multi‑market roles, ideally within Asia* Experience working in matrix and cross‑cultural environments* Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and seniority levels* Commercial mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity* Solid analytical skills with experience interpreting market research and performance data* Excellent project management and organizational skills, strong communication and presentation skills* MS Office advanced skills, experience with SAP is highly regardedCareers with caring built in - discover our benefits .Ferrero is committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture in which all employees feel welcomed and appreciated and have the same opportunities.
